Description:	The mark is driven into the grass near the south intersection of River and Main Road and is 61.02 m (200.2 ft) SE of stop sign at south end of Main Road, and 35.61 m (116.8 ft) SE of centerline of end of pavement of Main Road and 9.56 M (31.4 FT.)north of inside edge of riprap. The datum point is the top of a stainless rod driven 18.29 m (60 ft) to refusal, with a 0.90 m (3 ft) grease filled sleeve and encased in 18" of 6" PVC surrounded with a concrete kick block topped with an NOS logo cover.
